Dragonfly8-1418

The Dragonfly8-1418 provides 8 channels of Voltage, IEPE, SE & DF Charge, Dynamic Strain and Bridge (1/4, 1/2 & Full - 120,350 & 1000 Ohm) conditioning hosted in our modular Dragonfly Chassis. The unit is targeted at general purpose Data Acquisition applications in moderate / challenging environments.

This model is provided with IP65 rated LEMO 1B 8-pin Front Panel connectors as standard, although HGL can customise if needed and feasible.

As with all other HGL units, it includes our standard interface connections presented on the Hardware Overview page, including for the first time in this form factor, integrated Calibration (Internal and External), IRIG A/B Synchronisation and Buffered Analogue Outputs. This means that the Dragonfly8-1418 can connect with and interoperate with any other HGL Modular Front-Ends.

The Dragonfly8-1418 is presented in a V5 Dragonfly Standard (140 x 150 x 75mm) Milled Aluminium Hard Anodised Chassis, ideal for harsh Environmental locations including on Vehicle applications. Up to three Dragonfly8 modules can be mounted on an HGL Rack mount shelf or units can be connected together via the site mounted T-slots and H bars.

The Dragonfly8-1418 is fully supported fully by HGL’s Data Acquisition Software as well as our Labview, Windows DLL and Network API models.
